In modern hotels, curtain and blind control is no longer just a functional feature, it’s an essential part of the guest experience. In this post, I’ll walk you through how iNELS can help improve that experience in a simple and practical way.
Easy to Use, Easy to Understand
When you’re on vacation or a business trip, the last thing you want is to figure out how the switches work.
That’s why we use engraved wall buttons. Everything is clear the moment you see it. The symbols are easy to understand, and the behavior is the same in every room, so there’s no confusion or need to learn anything new.
You just press, and it works.
At the same time, the design stays clean and minimal, fitting naturally into any modern interior without standing out too much.
The Smart Part Behind It
Behind the scenes, the RFJA-32B-SL actuator does all the work.
It turns a standard blind switch into a smart solution that can handle curtains, blinds, shutters, or even things like projection screens or roof windows. It’s installed close to the motor or in a junction box, so there’s no messy wiring or complicated setup.
Control That Feels Natural
We’ve all used those switches where you’re never sure how long to press or when to stop.
Here, it’s much simpler.
A short press adjusts the blinds step by step or tilts them to let in just the right amount of light. A long press moves everything fully open or closed. And if you change your mind, just tap again to stop exactly where you want.
It feels intuitive, like it should have always worked this way.
Small Details, Better Experience
This is where it really makes a difference.
Curtains can open automatically when you arrives, creating a welcoming feel. At night, one press can close everything and set the room for rest.
It’s a small detail, but it adds a lot to the overall experience, and that’s what we remember when we leave the room.
